CITY OF pLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-192 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR <br /> WORK PERFORMED ON FIRST, ARENDT AND SECOND STREETS <br /> ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT 76-2 <br />WHEREAS, work by Ernest E. Pestana, Inc., performed in connection <br /> with sanitary sewer improvements on First, Arendt and <br /> Second Streets has progressed satisfactorily to the <br /> point at which Progress Payment No. i and Final is in <br /> <br />order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $53,109.00 in favor of Ernest <br /> E. Pestana, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Payment <br /> No. i and Final for the work performed in connection with <br /> sanitary sewer improvements on First, Arendt and Second <br /> <br /> Streets, project 76-2. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a notice of <br /> <br /> completion. <br />Section 3.
