WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-188 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF COUNTY GAS <br />TAX FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUB- <br />LIC IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton's share of the 1976-77 Mayor's <br />Formula Distribution of certain gas tax funds amounts <br />to ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE <br /> <br />AND FIFTY-EIGHT/100ths DOLLARS ($108,251.58); and <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services has been author- <br />ized to file an application with Alameda County for <br />the purpose of appropriating gas tax funds from <br /> <br />Alameda County in the amount specified above, for <br />certain Public Works projects in the City of Pleasanton; <br />and <br />certain of the Public Works to be funded by the ONE <br />HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND <br />FIFTY-EIGHT/100ths DOLLARS ($108,251.58) of County gas <br />tax funds were originally designated to be funded by <br />gas tax funds other than County gas tax funds; and <br />the Director of Engineering Services of the City of <br />Pleasanton has requested authorization to redesignate <br />the funding for certain projects in the City of <br />Pleasanton which would be accomplished through the <br />use of County gas tax funds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the redesignation of certain Public <br /> Works projects, originally intended to be funded with <br /> gas tax funds other than County gas tax funds, to be <br /> funded solely by means of County gas tax funds. Said <br /> projects are more particularly described in Exhibit A <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference entitled Proposed Change of Funding for Certain <br /> Gas Tax Projects 1976-77. <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
