WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-187 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZATION THE FILING OF AN <br />APPLICATION WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR APPROPRI- <br />ATION OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUN- <br />DRED FIFTY-ONE AND FIFTY-EIGHT/100thS DOLLARS <br /> ($108,251.58) IN GAS TAX FUNDS TO THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton's share of the 1976-77 Mayor's <br />Formula Distribution of certain gas tax funds, adminis- <br />tered by the County of Alameda, is ONE HUNDRED EIGHT <br />THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND FIFTY-EIGHT/100thS <br />DOLLARS ($108,251.58); and <br />an application for appropriation of said fund to the <br />City of Pleasanton has been prepared by the Director <br />of Engineering Services for the City of Pleasanton <br />dated August 9, 1976; and <br />the City Council, at its meeting of August 9, 1976, <br />reviewed said application together with the projects <br />contained therein. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Director of Engineering Services to <br /> submit to the County Board of Supervisors an applica- <br /> tion for appropriation of gas tax funds for fiscal <br /> year 1976-77 in the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND <br /> TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND FIFTY-EIGHT/100thS DOLLARS <br /> ($108,251.58) in accordance with the application dated <br /> August 9, 1976, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the City Clerk to transmit a copy of <br /> this resolution, together with Exhibit A, to the <br /> Board of Supervisors of Alameda County and to such <br /> other persons as may request a copy of said resolu- <br /> tion. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
