CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-219 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM SEPTEMBER 1, <br /> 1976 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1976 IN THE AMOUNT <br /> OF $434,074.99 and ASSESSMENT CHECK NO. 187 IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $23.40, MAKING A TOTAL AMOUNT OF <br /> $434,098.39 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of October 11, 1976, a <br /> check register was presented to the City Council <br /> signifying checks which were dispensed from August 31, <br /> 1976 through September 30, 1976; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the claims contained therein were for approved func- <br /> <br /> tions of the City which are necessary and proper ex- <br /> penses of the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 13104 through No. <br /> 13442,dated from September 1, 1976 to September 30, 1976 <br /> in the amount of $434,074.99, and assessment Check <br /> No. 187, in the amount of $23.40, making a total <br /> amount of $434.098.39, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The financial report dated September 30, 1976 has <br /> <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
