WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-215 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS FROM KAISER <br />INDUSTRIES CORPORATION AND ROBERT J. AND CAROL <br />E. MOLINARO AND TONY AND SHIRLEY A. MACCHIANO <br />FOR PUBLIC SERVICE PURPOSES <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from <br />Kaiser Industries Corporation and Robert J. and <br />Carol E. Molinaro and Tony and Shirley A. Macchiano <br />of easements to be used for water facilities <br />serving the Pleasanton Garbage Service solid Waste <br />transfer station on Busch Road; and <br />the City Council, at their meeting of September 27, <br />1976, considered the report of the Director of <br />Engineering Services recommending the acceptance of <br />this grant deed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the offer of dedication from Kaiser Industries <br /> Corporation and Robert J. and Carol E. Molinaro and <br /> Tony and Shirley A. Macchiano of easements robe <br /> used for water facilities serving the Pleasanton <br /> Garbage Service solid waste transfer station on <br /> Busch Road manifested in the Grant Deeds dated <br /> June 10, 1976 and April 21, 1976, respectively, be <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers be <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
