CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-214 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM MORRISON HOMES <br /> CORPORATION FOR A WALKWAY IN TRACT 3606, LOT A, PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City is in receipt of an offer of dedication of a parcel <br /> of property to be used for a walkway in Tract 3606 to <br /> connect Woodthrush Park with Pleasanton Sports and <br /> Recreation Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this dedication has been found by the Planning Commission <br /> <br /> to be in conformance with the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of September 27, 1976, <br /> considered the report of the Director of Engineering <br /> <br /> Services recon~ending the acceptance of this grant deed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Yhat the <br /> poration of <br /> 3606, Lot A, <br /> <br /> offer of dedication from ~orrison Homes Cor.- <br /> a parcel of property for a walkway in Tract <br /> <br /> to connect Woodthrush Park with Pleasanton <br /> Sports and Recreation Park manifested in the Grant Deed <br /> dated June 29, 1976 be accepted ana the appropriate City <br /> officers be instructed to take whatever action necessary <br /> to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
