CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-213 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br /> NUMBER 1 TO FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM PROGRAM ~STER <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, on July 14, 1975~ approved an agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and State of California <br /> for Federal Aid Urban System Projects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution NO. 76-62 (Resolution Approving Projects to be <br /> Funded Under the Federal Aid Urban System in the City of <br /> Pleasanton), adopted by the City Council on March 15~1976 <br /> approved certain projects to be completed in the City of <br /> Pleasanton under the provisions of the above agreement <br /> and to be funded under the provisions of Section 142 of <br /> Title 23 United States Code? and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; in order to proceed with the traffic signal project at <br /> First and Neal Streets (one of the projects approved by <br /> Resolution No. 76-62 referred to above), it is necessary <br /> for Council to approve Supplement Number 1 to this Master <br /> Agreement detailing the final cost estimates of the <br /> traffic signal project~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering Services has recommende~ <br /> <br /> approval of said Supplement Number 1; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Approves and authorizes execution of Supplement Number <br /> 1 to Master Agreement fer the Federal Aid Urban System <br /> Projects detailing the final cost estimates of traffic <br /> signal project at First and Neal Streets. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution shall become effective i~lediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> <br /> <br />
