WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76~211 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION!'OF A MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR PARCEL MAP N~ 1930, <br />SAN ANTONIO STREET EXTENSION <br /> <br />the parcel map and improvement plans for this develop- <br />ment were approved by the City Council on September 27, <br />1976; and <br />all required bonds, fees and agreements have been <br />received and reviewed by the Director of Engineering <br />Services; and <br />pursuant tot he State's Subdivision Map Act and <br />provisions of Chapter 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton, it is necessary to enter <br />into a subdivision agreement relating to the above <br />tract; and <br />an agreement was prepared and submitted to the City <br />Council for consideration at its meeting of September <br />27, 1976; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Minor Subdivision <br /> Agreement for Parcel No. 1930, Minor Subdivision 76-6, <br /> Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED September 27, 1976 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~-\ ~..'~ .~ / <br /> <br />~illi~m ~.
