WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-210 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S <br /> BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 <br /> <br />the City Council of the City Pleasanton has adopted a <br />Fiscal Year Budget for 1976-77; and <br />at the time of adoption of said budget the City At- <br />torney's budget, Account No. 4342 - Special Services, <br />was reduced from $5,000.00 to $2,500.00; and <br />at the time of the reduction of Account No. 4342, the <br />City Council advised that any cost incurred by the City <br />Attorney's office as a result of any litigation presently <br />underway , would be considered as an amendment to the <br />City Attorney's budget; and <br />the City Attorney's office recently received a billing <br />of $1,678.34 from Morrison Homes Corporation's attorney, <br />Robert Rosenberg, as costs on appeal in the case of <br />MORRISON HOMES CORPORATION v. THE CITY OF PLEASANTON; and <br />a request was made to the City Council at its meeting of <br />September 13, 1976 to amend the City Attorney's budget <br />to include the cost of $1,678.34. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amends the budget of the City Attorney, Account NO. <br /> 4342 Special Services, by the addition of $1,678.34 <br /> to pay for costs on appeal of Morrison Homes Corporation <br /> in the case of MORRISON HOMES CORPORATION v. THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
