WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-206 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PARADE APPLICATION FOR THE <br />FOOTHILL HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTER CLUB FOR OCTOBER 30, 1976 <br /> <br /> the City Council, at their meeting of September 13, 1976, <br /> received an application from the Foothill High School <br /> Band Booster Club for approval of a parade permit for the <br /> second annual High School Marching Band Parade Review to <br /> be held on October 30, 1976 in Pleasanton; and <br /> said application has been reviewed by staff and staff <br /> recommends approval of a parade permit provided applicant <br /> meets all conditions recommended by the Department of <br /> Public Safety; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Authorizes the issuance of a parade permit to the <br /> Foothill High School Band Booster Club for the second <br /> annual High School Marching Band Parade Review to be held <br /> on October 30, 1976, from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. subject <br /> to all conditions recommended by the Department of Public <br /> Safety and agreed to by applicant. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the City Manager and Finance Officer to <br /> <br /> adjust the City Budget for 1976-1977 to cover the City's <br /> expense in providing Police and Field Services personnel <br /> for the parade. <br /> <br />Section 3.
