WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-201 <br />RE: AppROVING CLAIMS FROM JULY 31, 1976 THRU <br />AUGUST 31, 1976 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,009,450-27 <br />at the City Council meeting of September 13, 1976, a <br />check register was presented to the City Council sig- <br />nifying checks which were dispensed from July 31, 1976 <br />thru August 31, 1976; and <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br /> <br /> the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF pLEASANTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 012690 thru No. <br /> 013103 and 000784 - 000786, dated from July 31, 1976 to <br /> August 31, 1976 in the total amount of $1,009,450.27, <br /> are hereby approved with the exception of Warrant No. <br /> 013052 for $278.92 to Frank Brandes, Jr. for telephone <br /> expenses which is being referred to City Council Finance <br /> and Administrative Committee for approval. <br /> Section 2. The financial report dated August 31, 1976 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council- <br /> Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption- <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 13, 1976 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, erlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> <br /> NOES: None Mayor Ph~~~X,~Mayo~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />William H.
