CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-234 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM FRANK AND <br /> ALMA AUF DER MAUR AND KONRAD AND ELIZABETH <br /> RICKENBACH FOR WIDENING OF STANLEY BLVD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Frank <br /> and Alma Auf der Maur and Konrad and Elizabeth <br /> Rickenbach dated June 30, 1976, for the widening of <br /> Stanley Blvd. across the frontage of their property; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of a report from the <br /> Director of Engineering Services, dated October 18, <br /> <br /> 1976, recommending the acceptance of this deed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this <br /> <br /> dedication is in conformance with the General Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the offer of dedication from Frank and Alma <br /> Auf der Maur and Konrad and Elizabeth Rickenbach <br /> manifested in the Grant Deed dated June 30, 1976, for <br /> the widening of Stanley Blvd. across the frontage of <br /> their property is hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officials are instructed to take whatever action is <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 25, 1976, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None C <br />ABSENT: None ~ Ma~y~r' <br />ATTEST: ROB 'T C'. ~ILCOX,' <br /> <br />William H.
