CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-233 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> FROM ROBERT F. AND MARJORIE C. BROWN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an offer of dedication of <br /> a public service easement dated June 28, 1976, for <br /> an eight foot easement across the First Street front- <br /> age of the property of Robert F. and Marjorie C. <br /> Brown; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of a report from the <br /> Director of Engineering Services, dated October 18, <br /> 1976, recommending the acceptance of this easement; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this <br /> <br /> dedication is in conformance with the General Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the offer of dedication from Robert F. and <br /> Marjorie C. Brown manifested in the Grant Deed dated <br /> June 28, 1976, for an eight foot easement across the <br /> First Street frontage of their property, is hereby ac- <br /> cepted and the appropriate City officials are instructed <br /> to take whatever action is necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 25, 1976 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Phzlcox <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~OX,~a~y <br />ATTEST: <br /> RO R C.
