CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 7~-226 A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING TEN (10) ADDITIONAL SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT EQUIVALENT SEWER CONNECTIONS AT THE SUNOL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WHEREAS, the City Council on April 12, 1976 adopted Resolution No. 76-83 (A Resolution Establishing on an Interim Basis, a Method for Allocating Additional Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections at the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant for Properties Located Within the Sunol Service Area) which provided for the alloca- tion of 140 single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer connections at the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of April 12, 1976 adopted Resolution No. 76-84 (A Resolution Specifically Allocating 140 Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections at the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant for Properties Located Within the Sunol Sewer Service Area) in order to implement the provisions of Resolu- tion No. 76-83; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of Resolution No. 76-83, the City staff at the Council meeting of October 11, 1976 pro- vided the City Council with a semi-annual report on al- location of remaining capacity at the Sunol Sewage Treat- ment Plant; and WHEREAS, Section 3 of said report indicated that the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant has been able to absorb additional con- nections authorized by Resolution No. 76-84 without any detriment to the sewage treatment plant; and WHEREAS, the City staff recommended the allocation of ten (10) additional dwelling unit equivalents for commercial and industrial use within the next six (6) months; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the staff report at its meeting of October 11, 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the allocation of ten (10) additional single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer units to be used for commercial and industrial use in the next six (6) months. Said allocation to be deducted from the forthcoming April,1977 allocation to be made at the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant pursuant to Resolution No. 76-83. The aforementioned ten (10) additional single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer units shall be allocated pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 76-83.
