CITY OF PLEASAN~'~N <br />COUNTY OF AL~4EDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-222 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO DEETZ <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR WORK ON HOPYARD ROAD <br /> BIKE PATH, STATE PROJECT NO. 01-0012 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Deetz Construction Company performed in connec- <br /> tion with Hopyard Road Bike Path, State Project No. <br /> 01-0012 has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br /> at which Final Progress Payment is in order; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $1,324.51 in favor of Deetz <br /> Construction Company in satisfaction of Final Progress <br /> Payment for the work performed on Hopyard Road Bike <br /> Path, State Project No. 01-0012. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a notice of <br /> <br /> completion in connection with this project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
