CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-221 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 <br /> TO GEREMIA POOLS, INC., FOR WORK ON DIVING POOL <br /> ADDITION AT AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK, STATE <br /> PROJECT NO. 01-0013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Geremia Pools, Inc., performed in connection <br /> with diving pool addition at Amador Valley Community <br /> Park, State Project No. 01-0013, has progressed satis- <br /> factorily to the point at which Progress Payment No. 2 <br /> is in order. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $44,538.25 in favor of <br /> Geremia Pools, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Pay- <br /> ment No. 2 for the work performed in connection with <br /> diving pool addition at Amador Valley Community Park, <br /> State Project No. 01-0013. <br /> <br />Section 2.
