CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-259 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DIANA LEATHERS TO THE <br /> HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM <br /> EXPIRING OCTOBER 22, 1979. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21 adopted on <br /> January 26, 1976, authorized the reorganization of the <br /> Recreation Department into the Department of HUman Re- <br /> sources and the creation of an eight-member Human Ser- <br /> vices Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the names of and evalu- <br /> ated the qualifications of various individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on the Human Services Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Ms. Diana Leathers is appointed to serve as a mem- <br /> ber of the Human Services Commission for a three-year <br /> term expiring October 22, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2.
