FO'a WORK PERFORMED ON THE DEEP <br /> WATER POOL ADDITION TO AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNI- <br /> TY PARK, STATE PROJECT #01-0013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Geremia Pools, Inc. performed in connection <br /> with Deep Water Pool Addition to Amador Valley Com- <br /> munity Park, State Project #01-0013, has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Progress Pay- <br /> ment No. 3 is in order. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the finance officer be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $10,919.25 in favor of <br /> Geremia Pools, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Pay- <br /> ment No. 3 for the work performed on the Deep Water <br /> Pool Addition to Amador Valley Community Park, State <br /> Project #01-0013. <br /> <br />Section 2.
