CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-251 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVING CLAIMS FROM OCTOBER 1, 1976 THRU <br /> OCTOBER 31, 1976 IN THE AMOUNT OF $327,284.57 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of November 22, 1976, a <br /> check register was presented to the City Council, <br /> signifying checks which were dispensed from October 1, <br /> 1976 thru October 31, 1976; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the claims contained therein were for approved <br /> functions of the City which a~re necessary and proper <br /> expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 13443 thru No. 13743 <br /> and Check No. 788 dated from October 1, 1976 to <br /> October 31, 1976 in the total amount of $327,284.57 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated October 31, 1976 has <br /> <br />been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br />Section 3.
