3. The applicant shall cause perms of a size and <br /> height approved by the Director of Engineering Services, <br /> to be placed across the driveway egress from Pleasanton <br /> Body Shop property to Vervais Avenue in order to pre- <br /> vent high speed auto exits onto the residential por- <br /> tion of Vervais Avenue. <br /> <br /> 4. Condition number 8 to Planning Commission Resolution <br /> No. 1452 will be amended to read as fellows: <br /> <br /> "That the paint room door and the southernmost two body <br /> shop doors be kept closed at all times and that all <br /> noisy work take place in those two southernmost areas; <br /> that a sound deadening barrier be constructed between <br /> the southernmost two body shop areas and the other body <br /> shop bays; that the body shop operator secure and use <br /> new non-sound producing tools to the greatest extent <br /> practicable; and that the doors of the Muffler Shop be <br /> kept closed at all times that noisy work takes place in <br /> connection with that business." <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution <br /> to be sent to the owners of Pleasanton Body Shop and <br /> to the tenant of the Muffler Shop located at 4262 <br /> Stanley Blvd. as well as to any other person who should <br /> request a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 5. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 8, 1976 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None ! . / <br />ABSENT: None [' <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ROBERT C.
