The City Council concurs with the Planning Commission
that a proposed revision in its entirety to Article 20,
Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Pleasanton is desirable, however, the City Council does
not believe that persons involved in home occupation of
producing arts and crafts should be required to pay a
$15.00 home occupation fee.
