CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-280 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTIOn] SETTING FORTH THE POLICY OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ON COUNCIL RELATED EXPENSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of Decenter 6, 1976 <br /> considered a report by Mayor Philcox and Councilmember <br /> <br /> Mercer relating to guidelines for Council expenses; and <br />WHEREAS, the members of the City Council wish to establish a <br /> <br /> policy governing appropriate Council expenses; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council's policy on reimbursement for <br /> <br /> Council's expenses is hereby adopted as more particularly <br /> set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
