WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHE!<EAS ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLU?!ON ~]O. 76-273 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM FIRST PLEASANTON <br /> INVESTORS FOR PARCELS OF 2f~OPERTY FOR STREET <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEi'iENTS <br /> <br /> dedications of certain easements and street righh-of-way <br /> were necessary as a condition of approval of Minor Sub-- <br /> division 76-3; and <br /> <br /> First Pleasanton investors has offered to dedicate ~o the <br /> City of Pleasanton the necessary easements and a narrow <br /> street right-of-way~ said parcels being more fully <br /> described in grant deed dated Decenter 6, 1976 from First <br /> Pleasanton Investors to the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> the City Council, at their meetin9 of December 6, 1976; <br /> approved the acceptance of the grant deed referred to <br /> above; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, TIi~; CiT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PI, EAf;AEjUjC~N <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Accepts the grant deed dated December 6, 1976 from <br /> <br /> First Pleasanton Investors to City of Pleasanton dedicat- <br /> ing parcels of property described therein for purposes of <br /> public service easements and street right-of-way. <br /> <br /> ~aechion 2.
