DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ANNEXATION NO. 72 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the s0utheasterly right- <br />of-way line of County Ro&d No. 1530, commonly known as Stanley Boulevard, <br />66 feet in width, with the easterly line of that certain territory, <br />commonly known as Annexation No. 69, annexed to the City of Pleasanton <br />under ResOlution No. 75-138 of the City of Pleasanton, adopted June 23, <br />1975, a map of which territory was filed September 5, 1975, in Book 73 <br />of Maps at Page 98 thereof, ReCords of Alameda County, California; thence <br />southerly along the easterly boundary line of said territory annexed <br />to the southeasterly corner thereof, said corner being also a point on <br />the southerly boundary line of that certain land designated Parcel i on <br />Parcel Map 1453, a map of which was filed April 23, 1976, in Book 89 <br />of Maps, Page 73 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence <br />easterly along said southerly boundary line of Parcel 1 to the westerly <br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No. 60, <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 577 of the City <br />of Pleasanton, adopted October 6, 1969, a map of which territory was <br />filed November 13, 1969, in Book 60 of Maps at Page 46 thereof, Records <br />of Alameda County, California; thence northerly, westerly, and north- <br />westerly along the westerly boundary line of last said territory annexed <br />to the intersection of said westerly line with the southeasterly right <br />of way line of County Road No. 1530; thence southwesterly along said <br />southeasterly right of way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> CONTAINING 36 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS <br /> <br /> <br />
