CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AL~4EDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTi01] ~10. 76-268 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION SUSTAINING THE APPEAL OF TNE DECiSiON <br /> OF THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ON A 3.19 ACilE SITE <br /> LOCATED Ir-~4EDIATELY BEHIND THE PLEASANTON GARBAGE <br /> SE?3IICE TRANSFER STATION AT 3110 BUSCH ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 1976, the City Manager signed, I'Notice <br /> Of Intent To File A Negative Declaration~' for r~roject <br /> designated Z-76-199; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time period provided for the filing of appeals <br /> from the decision of the City Manager~ under ~he City of <br /> Pleasanton Environmental Guidelines~ an appeal was Cited; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ on November 22, 1976, a oub!ic hearing on said appeal <br /> <br /> was held before the City Council of the City of Pleasankcn <br /> and <br /> <br />WHE!~EAS, the appellant, and any other interested member of the <br /> public, was afforded an opportunity to present informa- <br /> tion for and against said appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the City Council was in receipt of a staff report of <br /> <br /> November 16, 1976~ regarding this particular matter; an~t <br /> <br />WHEREASr at the conclusion of the public hearing, the City CounciT. <br /> deliberated upon the information received ~ She <br /> Council public hearing, together with information <br /> <br /> vided by the staff report and exhibi'%s attached ~zhe.reto; <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I.
