CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-263 <br /> <br />APPROVING APPLICATION OF MR. AND MRS. R. SILVA <br />FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE ONE HERITAGE TREE, <br />A MONTEREY PINE, AT 530 E. ANGELA STREET, PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01 Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II Of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton requires that <br />prior to the removal of any Heritage Tree a permit must <br />be obtained from the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. R. Silva have made application to the City <br />for approval to remove one Heritage Tree, a Monterey <br />Pine, located at 530 E. Angela Street, Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of November 22, 1976, <br /> considered said application and approved same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby grants permission to Mr. and <br /> Mrs. R. Silva to remove the Heritage Tree referred to in <br /> the report of the Director of Engineering Services dated <br /> November 16, 1976, attached hereto and incorporated here- <br /> in by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
