CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-261 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID SHEPHERD TO THE HUMAN <br /> SERVICES COMMISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING MAY 5, 1978 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21 adopted on <br /> January 26, 1976, authorized the reorganization of the <br /> Recreation Department into the Department of Human <br /> Resources and the creation of an eight-member Human <br /> Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the named of and evalu- <br /> ated the qualifications of various individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on the Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Mr. David Shepherd is appointed to serve as a <br /> member of the Human Services Commission until the <br /> expiration of his term on the Planning Commission, <br /> expiring May 5, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2.
