WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-284 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVING CLAIMS FROM NOVEMBER 1, 1976 THRU <br />NOVEMBER 30, 1976 IN THE AMOUNT OF $564,765.18. <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of December 13, 1976, a <br />check register was presented to the City Council, <br />signifying checks which were dispensed from November 1, <br />1976 thru November 30, 1976; and <br />the claims contained therein were for approved <br />functions of the City which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 13744 thru No. 13981 <br /> and Checks No. 789-790 dated from November 1, 1976 <br /> thru November 30, 1976 in the total amount of <br /> $564,765.18 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated November 30, 1976 has <br /> <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
