CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING HOWARD T. GARRIGAN <br />AS A MEMBER OF TEE PARKS AND RECREATION COM- <br />MISSION TO SERVE FOR A FOUR-YEAR TERM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Howard T. Garrigan was appointed to fill the unexpired <br />term of Ryan McKeon upon his resignation from the Park <br />and Recreation Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said term expires on February 15, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has interviewed Mr. Garrigan with re- <br />spect to his interest to retain membership on said com- <br />mission and to evaluate his performance as a Park and <br />Recreation Commissioner. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Reappoints Howard T. Garrigan as a member of the <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission for an additional four- <br /> year term ending on February 15, 1981, or until his <br /> successor is appointed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
