WHEREAS, the City Council considered said billing at its meeting <br /> <br /> of January 10, 1977. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes an amendment to the City Attorney's budget <br /> in the sum of $587.50 in order to cover the litigation <br /> costs incurred by Valley Community Services District's <br /> attorneys in the cases of Morrison Homes vs. Valley Com- <br /> munity Services District and Schlies vs. The City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2.
