CITY OF pLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 77-13 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION RENAMING THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN <br /> RESOURCES THE DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION AND <br /> HUMAN RESOURCES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on january 26, 1976 adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-21 (A Resolution Establishing a Human Services <br /> Commission and Reorganizing the Recreation Department <br /> into the Department of Human Resources); and <br /> WHEREAS, the park and Recreation Commission, at its meeting of <br /> December 22, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-27 (A <br /> Resolution Recommending a Name Change for the Depart- <br /> ment of Human Resources to the Department of Recreation <br /> and Human Resources); and <br /> WHEREAS, the said resolution was transmitted to the City Council <br /> together with a report from the parks and Recreation <br /> Commission of December 27, 1976; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of January 10, 1977 <br /> considered said recommendation- <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SeC~tiq~ ~. The Department of Human Resources created by Resolu- <br /> tion No. 76-21, on the resolution establishing the De- <br /> partment of Human Resources, is hereby renamed the De- <br /> partment of Recreation and Human Resources- <br /> Sectijn.__2.
