DECLARATION <br /> <br /> I, WILLIAM H. EDGAR, City Manager of the City of Pleasanton, <br />hereby declare that the Council of the City of Pleasanton has <br />satisfied the notice and hearing requirements preliminary to for- <br />mulation of its Revised Conflict of Interest Code pursuant to <br />Government Code ~87311 in that it posted the notice of public <br />hearing at the City Administrative Offices, 200 Bernal Avenue, <br />and at the City Council Chambers, 30 W. Angela Street. In ad- <br />dition, the adoption of the Revised Conflict of Interest Code <br />was listed on the Council agenda of January 10, 1977 under title <br />of Public Hearing, "Item 6 (b) Adoption of a Revised Resolution <br />of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton Adopting a Conflict <br />of Interest Code Applicable to the Members of the City Council <br />Pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974." <br /> <br /> I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is <br /> <br />true and correct and that this declaration was executed on <br />January , 1977. ~r,c~/~~ <br /> Wil ~ H. ~d Manager <br />CLERE'S SUMMARY OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATING TO A RESOLUTION <br />ADOPTING A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE APPLICABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL. <br /> <br /> At its regular meeting of January 10, 1977, the City Council <br />held a public hearing concerning the above. The Mayor opened the <br />public hearing and called for testimony. No testimony was given <br />from the public.
