CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-38 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. i TO <br />STEINY AND COMPANY, INC. FOR WORK ON <br />TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT FIRST AND NEAL STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Steiny and Company, Inc. performed in connection <br /> with traffic signals at First and Neal Streets has pro- <br /> gressed satisfactorily to the point at which Progress <br /> Payment No. 1 is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $12,648.74 in favor of Steiny <br /> and Company, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Payment <br /> No. 1 for the work performed On traffice signals at <br /> First and Neal Streets. <br /> <br />Section 2.
