S911.6 of a late claim for injuries allegedly sus- <br /> tained by Charles E. Boucher on August 22, 1976, <br /> on the basis that Mr. Boucher was a minor during <br /> the one hundred (100) day claim period. <br /> <br />Section 2. Denies the claim for personal injuries and prop- <br /> erty damage filed by Mr. Charles E. Boucher through <br /> his attorney on December 20, 1976. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorizes the City Attorney to advise Mr. Boucher <br /> and his attorney of the City Council's action and <br /> authorizes the City Attorney to undertake necessary <br /> action in conjunction with the City's insurance <br /> carrier which the City Attorney deems appropriate in <br /> the handling of this claim. <br /> <br />Section 4.
