CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-54 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACTING CITY MANAGER <br />TO SIGN WARRANTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Alan B. Campbell will assume the position of Acting City <br /> Manager of the City of Pleasanton on March 1, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />authority to sign warrants resides presently in the <br />former City Manager, William H. Edgar, and the City <br />treasurer, John Wipfli; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in order to insure the validity of warrants issued by <br />the City of Pleasanto~ it is necessary to authorize the <br />Acting City Manager to sign the same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section t. Authorizes the Acting City Manager, Alan B. Campbell, <br /> to co-sign with the City Treasurer warrants issued on <br /> behalf of the City of Pleasanton until such time as <br /> a new City Manager takes office and is given this <br /> authority. <br /> <br />Section 2.
