CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-53 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERNIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR EARL ADAMS AT 3675 SANTA RITA ROAD, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, Earl Adams has received sewage service for his facility at 3675 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton, from a sewage hold- ing tank; and WHEREAS, said holding tank was approved by the City Council on August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to continue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of February 28, 1977 received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities recommend the renewal of a holding tank permit for Earl Adams at 3675 Santa Rita Road. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1o Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a holding tank by Earl Adams at 3675 Santa Rita Road to February 28, 1978, subject to the original terms and conditions of approval and, in addition, subject to the following conditions: (l) That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at least one time every 14 days or in accordance with the current City policy concerning the frequency of pumping. (2) That renewal request, together with appropriate renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least one month prior to expiration date of February 28, 1978. Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
