WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-52 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK FOR <br />PLEASANTON GARBAGE CO. AT 3110 BUSCH ROAD, AUTHORIZ- <br />ING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Pleasanton Garbage Co. received sewage service for its <br />facility at 3110 Busch Road, from a sewage holding tank; <br />and <br /> <br />said holding tank was approved by the City Council on <br />August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A <br />Resolution Establishing A Policy For Holding Tanks In <br />The City Of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to con- <br />tinue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur <br />annually; and <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of February 3, 1977 re- <br />ceived a report from the Director of Engineering Services <br />regarding the renewal of a holding tank approval for the <br />Pleasanton Garbage Co. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a <br /> holding tank by Pleasanton Garbage Co. to November 1, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare a holding tank <br /> agreement setting forth all the terms and conditions under <br /> which the Pleasanton Garbage Co. may operate a holding tank <br /> at 3110 Busch Road. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City <br /> Council, a Holding Tank Agreement prepared by the City At- <br /> torney. <br /> <br />Section 4.
