conform to the recreation element of the City of <br />Pleasanton's General Plan; and <br /> <br />Section 6. Appoints the Director of Engineering Services as agent <br /> Of the City of Pleasanton to conduct all negotiations, <br /> execute and submit all documents including, but not <br /> limited to, applications, agreements, amendments, pay- <br /> ment requests, and so on, which may be necessary for the <br /> completion of the aforementioned projects; and <br /> <br />Section 7. <br /> <br /> Appoints the City Attorney as legal counsel for said <br />agency with authorization to sign the certification on <br />page 1 of application. <br /> <br />Section 8.
