said adjacent property being more fully described in Exhibit "C" <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set forth <br /> herein, except for those public improvements to be constructed <br /> by City pursuant to the Minor Subdivision Improvement Agreement <br /> for MS-76-14. <br /> <br /> III <br /> <br /> PUBLIC UTILITY CONNECTION FEES <br /> <br /> Paragraph 7 of the May 6, 1963 Annexation Agreement is <br />hereby modified to require Owner, or its successors, heirs, executors, <br />assigns, or any other parties to pay to City the donnection charges <br />in existence at the time of application for necessary governmental <br />permits for the construction of buildings on Owner's property.
