WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AL~4EDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 77-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED <br />UNDER THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM IN THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 75-33, adopted on February 24, 1975, <br />the City Council approved the Federal-Aid Urban System <br />and the urban boundaries depicted on the maDs attached <br />as Exhibit "A" to said resolution; and <br />the Director of Engineering Services has recommended <br />a revised list of projects to be comoleted in <br />Pleasanton's five-year Federal-Aid Urban System Program <br />funded under the provisions of Section 142 of Title 23 <br />United States Code, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the following projects to be completed in <br /> the City of Pleasanton's five-year Federal-Aid Urban <br /> System to be funded under the provisions of Section <br /> 142 of Title 23 United States Code: <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The installation of a signal light at <br />the corner of First Street and Neal <br />Street. Estimate <br /> <br />Construction of intersection and <br />signalization of Valley Avenue and <br />Santa Rita Road. Estimate <br /> <br />Construction of a vehicular <br />overcrossing over Route 1-680 <br />at West Las Positas Boulevard, <br />with pedestrian and bicycle <br />facilities. <br /> <br />FAU Funds <br /> <br />$ 41,500. <br /> <br />$164,500. <br /> <br />$278,446. <br /> <br /> <br />
