CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-71 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH MURRAY SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT REGARDING CETA FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />recent modifications to the CETA program made by Alameda <br />County give the City of Pleasanton control over those <br />CETA funds received by Murray School District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the attached contract serves to set forth the responsi- <br />bilities of both the City and Murray School District <br />regarding the CETA programs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the attached Public Service Employment Contract <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and the Murray Elementary <br /> School District. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> the above-described contract. <br /> <br />Section 3.
