RE: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br /> in order for the portion of the study completed <br /> proximately 50% of the total contract); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 77-7~ <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT TO STONE AND <br />YOUNGBERG FOR WORK ON WATER AND SEWER RATE STUDY. <br /> <br />Stone and Youngberg, Municipal Financing Consultants, <br />have a contract with the City to complete a study of <br />the City's Water and Sewer Service and Connection <br />Charges and Fees; and <br />work by Stone and Youngberg performed in connection with <br />the Water and Sewer Rate Study has progressed satis- <br />factorily to the point at which a Progress Payment is <br /> <br /> (ap- <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> <br />warrant in the amount of $3,750.00 in favor of Stone <br /> <br />and Youngberg in satisfaction of a Progress Payment <br /> <br />for the work performed on the Water and Sewer Rate Study <br /> <br />(representing approximately 50% of the total contract). <br /> <br />Section 2.
