Sec . <br /> <br />Sec . <br /> <br />Sec <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Minor lot line adjustments, side yard and set back <br />variances not resulting in the creation of any new <br />parcel nor in any change in land use or gensity. <br /> <br />Issuance of minor encroachment permits. <br /> <br />Minor subdivisions which do not create a new buildable <br />lot. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Variances including but'not necessarily limited to <br />those provided for in sub-section (c) of § 2-11.29 <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City except where the <br />variance would make a new buildable lot. <br /> <br />(e) Home Occupation Permits, other than those granted by <br /> the Director as a matter of course. <br /> <br />(f) Revisions to zoning district requirements. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Minor conditional uses, for example, babysitting, <br />model home complex where development has been aDDroved, <br />conditional uses in existing buildings. <br /> <br />(h) Heritage tree removal requests. <br /> <br />Class 6: Information Collection: Class 6 consists of <br />basic data collection, research, experimental management <br />and resource evaluation activities which do not result <br />in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental <br />resource. These may be for strictly information gathering <br />purposes, or as part of a study leading to an action which <br />a public agency has not yet approved, adopted or funded. <br /> <br />Class 7. Regulatory Actions for Protection of Natural <br />Resources. Class 7 consists of actions taken by regula- <br />tory agencies, as authorized by state law or local ordin- <br />ance, to assure the maintenance, restoration, or enhance- <br />ment of a natural resource where the regulatory process <br />involves procedures for protection of the environment. <br />Examples include but are not limited to wildlife preser- <br />vation activities of the State Department of Fish and <br />Game. Construction activities are not included in this <br />exemption. <br /> <br />Class 8: Regulatory Actions for the Protection of the <br />Environment. Class 8 consists of actions taken by regu- <br />latory agencies, as authorized by state law or local <br />ordinance, to assure the maintenance, restoration, en- <br />hancement, or protection of the environment where the <br />regulatory process involves procedures for protection <br />of the environment.
