CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-61 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHEESE FACTORY WASTE DISCHARGE <br />PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a report was submitted by Mr. Campbell dated February 23, <br /> 1977, regarding this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Scheidig discussed changes in the Permit, especially <br /> to the hold harmless provisions of Article 16; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />discussion took place regarding a revocation clause in <br />the Permit, length of time for the Permit, review for <br />modification, etc. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Cheese Factory Waste Discharge Permit is approved <br /> subject to amendments to Article 16 regarding violations <br /> and Article 17 regarding modifications. <br /> <br />Section 2.
