CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-89 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-33 TO INCLUDE THE <br />WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD IN THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, on February 24, 1975, adopted Resolution <br />No. 75-33 (Resolution Approving the Federal Aid Urban System <br />in the City of Pleasanton and the Urban Boundary in the City <br />of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />subsequent to the adoption of Resolution 75-33 the City <br />Council has supported an over-crossing of Route 1-680 at <br />West Las Positas Boulevard and has budgeted some $350,000 <br />in City moneys for this project; and <br /> <br />some of the funds budgeted by the City Council for the afore- <br />mentioned are Federal Aid Urban System funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the designated Federal Aid Urban <br /> System projects to include the West Las Positas over-crossing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amends Resolution No. 75-33 (Resolution Approving the <br /> Federal Aid Urban System in the City of Pleasanton and the <br /> Urban Boundary in the City of Pleasanton) by inclusion in <br /> the Federal Aid Urban System of the following project: <br /> <br />West Las Positas Boulevard between Hopyard Road and <br />Muirwood Drive <br /> <br />Section 2.
