CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-88 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION FROM RALPH ROMERO <br />FOR SEPTIC TANK APPROVAL, FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 28, 1977, the City Council received <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services dated <br />March 22, 1977, regarding an application from Ralph Romero <br />for Septic Tank approval for a 2-1/3 acre parcel of land <br />on Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />that 2-1/3 acre parcel of land is currently a portion of <br />a 53+ acre parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Romero was advised by staff that they could not <br />favorably consider a minor subdivision application to <br />split the 2-1/3 acres from thelarger parcel unless <br />septic tank approval was first obtained; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, application for septic tank approval has been received <br /> from Mr. Romero; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this application for septic tank approval does not conform <br /> to the general basic criteria established by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby denies application from Ralph <br /> Romero for Septic Tank approval for~a 2-1/3 acre parcel of <br /> land on Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Section 2.
