CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-86 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR MS-76-6, <br />SAN ANTONIO STREET EXTENSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />construction of public improvements in connection with <br />MS-76-6, San Antonio Street Extensionshave been com- <br />pleted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of March 28, 1977 <br />considered the report of the Director of Engineering <br />Services dated March 22, 1977, recommending the accept- <br />ance of said public improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the public improvements constructed as part of <br /> MS-76-6, San Antonio Street Extensio~ are hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
