CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-84 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF <br />A CARD ROOM PERMIT BY WILLIAM AND SHIRLEY QUEBBEMAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on February 7, 1977, Mr. and Mrs. William Quebbeman made <br />application for a Card Room Permit to operate the Castle <br />(formerly the Green Door); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />requirements under the Pleasanton Ordinance Code, Chapter <br />2, Article 7, Section 4-3.21, which regulates Card Rooms, <br />stipulates that the City Council has to give its consent <br />to this transfer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated the applicants in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of March 28, 1977, <br />approved the application for a Card Room Permit by <br />William and Shirley Quebbeman to operate the Castle. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the application for a Card Room Permit by <br /> Mr. and Mrs. William Quebbeman to operate the Castle <br /> (formerly the Green Door) in accordance with Chapter <br /> 2, Article 7, Title IV, of the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2.
