CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-83 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH AT 3200 HOPYARD ROAD, PLEASANTON WHEREAS., New Life FellowShip Church has received sewage service for their facility at 3200 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, from a sewage holding tank; and WHEREAS, said holding tank was approved by the City Council on August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS , Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to continue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of March 28, 1977, received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities recommending the renewal of a holding tank permit for New Life Fellowship Church at 3200 Hopyard Road; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a holding tank by New Life Fellowship Church at 3200 Hopyard Road to March 28, 1978, subject to the original terms and conditions of approval and, in addition, subject to the following conditions: (1) That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at least one time every 14 days or in accord- ance with the current City policy concerning the frequency of pumping. (2) That renewal request, together with appropriate renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least one month prior to expiration date of March 28, 1977. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. III
