CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-82 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A <br />HOLDING TANK FOR FRANK AUF DERMAUR AT 3440 STANLEY <br />BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Frank Auf der Maur has received sewage service for his <br />facility at 3440 Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton, from a <br />sewage holding tank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said holding tank was approved by the City Council on <br />August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A <br />Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in <br />the City of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to <br />continue the use of a facility on a holding tank must <br />occur annually; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of March 28, 1977, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities recommending the renewal of a holding <br />tank permit for Frank Auf der Maur at 3440 Stanley <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a <br /> holding tank by Frank Auf der Maur at 3440 Stanley Boulevard <br /> to March 28, 1978, subject to the original terms and condi- <br /> tions of approval and, in addition, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at <br />least one time every 14 days or in accordance with <br />the current City policy concerning the frequency <br />of pumping. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />That renewal request, together with appropriate <br />renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least <br />one month prior to expiration date of March 28, <br />1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
